OROVILLE, Calif. – The unsolved death of 19-year-old Tatiana Dugger from Oroville has taken a new turn. The FBI announced a possible link between Dugger’s case and two other missing women, suggesting they may have been victims of human trafficking.
Dugger disappeared in January 2021 after moving from Oroville to Los Angeles. She was last seen getting into a white pickup truck in downtown Oakland. Her remains were discovered three months later in Siskiyou County.
The FBI is now connecting her case to Morgan Crenshaw, a 17-year-old from Antioch who went missing last October. Crenshaw’s cell phone was found in Oakland, a known area for sex work.
A third woman, Heaven McGee from Stockton, disappeared in January 2025. McGee also had ties to Oakland. The FBI special agent suggested that a trucker might be responsible for all three disappearances due to the remote location where Dugger’s body was found.
FBI Special Agent Mary Parker told KTVU-TV “Someone would have to have a reason to be in both of those places,” Parker said. “Not many people have a reason to be in both Oakland and the middle of Siskiyou County except for someone traveling through to Oregon, like a trucker.”…
