Two men were wounded yesterday when gunfire tore through a parking lot on the 5900 block of Market Street in North Oakland, according to police. Witnesses reported a masked shooter firing multiple rounds before fleeing in a vehicle, leaving both victims with gunshot injuries.

According to East Bay Times, the shooting started at about 6:38 PM yesterday, when a masked suspect opened fire, and more than 10 shots were reported. The victims, a 38-year-old man and a 48-year-old man who live in other parts of the city, drove themselves to a hospital, where both were listed in stable condition, authorities told the paper.
