San Francisco is set to lose another major grocery store.
Lucky’s parent company, the Save Mart Companies, said it will close its store at 1750 Fulton St., near the University of San Francisco, on Sept. 11, adding to a growing list of supermarket closures in the city.
A notice sent to state officials this week said the closure is expected to be permanent and would affect 48 workers.
