OAKLAND — A Bay Area company that owns several dining establishments has bought the site of a crime-haunted In-N-Out Burger restaurant in Oakland that closed its doors two years ago.
Chandi Hospitality, acting through its real estate unit, has bought the former In-N-Out Burger property in East Oakland for $1.8 million, according to documents filed on March 20 with the Alameda County Recorder’s Office.
