(KRON) — A man accused of stealing electric vehicle charging equipment in San Jose was recently apprehended, police announced Friday.
Michael Haverman, 53, of San Jose, allegedly targeted a business’ charging station on Great Oaks Boulevard multiple times in March and May.
The suspect “damaged and stole multiple electric vehicle charging equipment from the business parking lot. In total, the suspect stole approximately $50,000 worth of equipment,” the San Jose Police Department wrote…
