FREMONT — A Fremont hotel was purchased by an investment group from the Central Valley for a price far less than its prior value, documents filed on June 9 with the Alameda County Recorder’s Office show.
Hyatt Place Fremont/Silicon Valley hotel at 3101 West Warren Ave. was bought by Fresno-based Blue Diamond Hospitality for just under $13.2 million, documents show.
