Walmart plans to permanently lay off 306 corporate workers in Sunnyvale, according to notices filed with the state’s Employment Development Department.
The layoffs are scheduled to take effect Aug. 21 and affect eight company sites in the Silicon Valley city, the filings show. Walmart filed the notices on June 19.
