(KRON) — A man found passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle while it was still in drive, was also in the possession of a concealed, semi-automatic handgun, according to the Fremont Police Department.
FPD said officers responded to the incident on Sunday, June 21, near Fremont Boulevard and Decoto Road.
