MOUNTAIN VIEW — New Community Baptist Church bought a South Bay building that had been part of a foreclosed tech campus in a deal that gives the religious organization control of adjacent properties.
The church paid $16.5 million for a research and development building at 850-900 N. Shoreline Blvd. in Mountain View, documents filed on July 8 with the Santa Clara County Recorder’s Office show.
