Marine crews from the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office rescued three people Saturday who fell into the San Francisco Bay after their boat capsized, officials said.
The office’s Marine Unit was conducting training near the San Mateo-Hayward Bridge when they received a water-rescue call around 1:30 p.m. and learned a sailboat had capsized near Coyote Point.
