A 17-year-old suspect has been charged with one count of murder and six counts of attempted murder in connection with a deadly shooting at an unsanctioned Bay Area rave in July.
The suspected gunman was arrested on August 27, more than a month after the incident, according to a press release issued by the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office. The shooting happened on July 25 during a pop-up rave in Morgan Hill, which was largely promoted on social media and drew hundreds to a rural property along Hale Avenue.
