(KRON) — The San Jose Police Department announced the arrests of eight people as homicide suspects during the investigation of the city’s 13th homicide of 2026.
The homicide in question took place on June 28 around 9:12 p.m. when two men were shot in downtown San Jose. One of the men died at the scene. The other survived.
Over the course of the investigation, police were able to identify Izaiah Hernandez, 18, Sabastian Saldana, 34, Ezequiel Mercado, 20, Nevaeh Luna-Rosales, 18, Jaden Diaz-Mejia, 18, Fabian Diaz-Gomez, 18, Johnny Picazo, 36, and a 17-year-old male, as suspects involved in the incident…
