(KRON) — The Fremont Police Department is investigating the city’s seventh fatal traffic collision of the year after an 81-year-old man was found unresponsive in the roadway in late August, lying next to his electric bicycle.
FPD said officers responded on Aug. 25 at approximately 1:30 p.m. to Paseo Padre Parkway, north of Durham Road.
