FREMONT — The 357-room Fremont Marriott Silicon Valley hotel was purchased for $53 million by an affiliate of Chicago-based Singerman Real Estate, documents filed on Sept. 8 with the Alameda County Recorder’s Office show.
The price for the 10-story hotel at 46100 Landing Parkway works out to roughly $148,500 a room, 7.3% above the median price per room for hotels sold in California during 2025, as reported by Atlas Hospitality Group.
The Fremont Marriott’s per-room price, however, is 0.5% below the California hotel median price of $149,200 during 2024…
