Founded in 1945 to welcome home local World War II veterans, the longtime community tradition continues by honoring veterans, champions, frontline heroes and others who inspire the next generation.
This year’s Grand Marshals include Santa Clara University soccer standout and Bay FC co-owner Leslie Osborne, San Jose Earthquakes legend Shea Salinas, Santa Clara Swim Club CEO and Head Coach Kevin Zacher, and Bay Area sports icon Krazy George Henderson.
The new Sports FAN Zone will feature athletes, teams, interactive sports experiences, youth activities and family entertainment, along with appearances from Bay Area professional sports organizations. The festival will also include two stages, food vendors and community activities…
