“A California Highway Patrol (CHP) sergeant seized more than 20 pounds of crystal methamphetamine during a traffic stop on Interstate 5 (I-5) in Fresno County. The discovery of the drugs, with an estimated street value of approximately $181,000, resulted in the arrest of Juan Carlos Jimenez, 24, of Santa Clara, California.
