A man with previous bank robbery convictions in Santa Clara County was sentenced Tuesday to 52 years and four months to life in prison for a 2021 bank robbery in Bakersfield. Ray Fitzgerald Green, 60, was found guilty by a Kern County jury in July of one count of second-degree robbery, property grand theft, recklessly evading a peace officer, obstructing a peace officer and possession of a firearm as a felon.
