( KRON ) – The Union City Police Department is asking for community assistance in locating an elderly woman named Nadine Parker.
On Friday, Parker was reported missing from her residence in Union City.
Parker is 95 to 97-years-old. She is a Black woman. Parker is considered an at-risk missing person as she has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, according to police.

Parker is 5 foot 7 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds.
Authorities said Parker was last seen by a neighbor several weeks ago when she was transported by an ambulance. Police said officers checked local facilities and were unable to locate her. Police said her last clothing description was unknown.
