FREMONT, Calif. – At least three people are dead after a car crashed into a concrete barrier in Fremont, officials said. The three victims were all in the same car when it collided with the barrier shortly before 6 a.m. Sunday northbound on Interstate 880 at the Warren Avenue crossing.
