Santa Clara City Councilmember Karen Hardy finally replied to the Civil Grand Jury. She was 17 days late. The deadline for her to reply to the “Irreconcilable Differences” report was August 9. She turned in her report on August 25 – three days after Santa Clara News Online (SCNO) reported that Hardy was the only Councilmember not to reply.
