It’s been 17 months since Santa Clara Councilman Anthony Becker was indicted for felony perjury. But in 40 days, jury selection starts for his trial on October 28. Becker allegedly leaked a 2022 Civil Grand Jury report to the 49ers (a misdemeanor) and then lied about it to the Grand Jury (a felony).
