FAHM Jam 2024: Celebrating Filipino American Heritage in Northern California

The Bay Area is gearing up for a vibrant celebration of Filipino American culture with FAHM Jam 2024, set to take place on Friday, October 18, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM in San Jose. This lively event, organized as part of Filipino American History Month, promises to be one of the largest Friday night celebrations in the region, paying tribute to the rich heritage of the Philippines and the contributions of Filipino Americans in Silicon Valley.

Hosted by the FACTsv Coalition, a collective of non-profit Filipino American organizations from Santa Clara County, FAHM Jam is part of the larger Jeepney Jam series of cultural festivities. These events unite the Filipino American community in Silicon Valley, celebrating their diversity and fostering a connection to their roots. Through art, music, dance, and traditional Filipino cuisine, FAHM Jam offers a space for the community to share the beauty of Filipino heritage with the broader public.

Taking place at 1590 Berryessa Rd., San Jose, FAHM Jam will feature a lineup of local artists, performers, chefs, and entrepreneurs, showcasing their talents and fostering a sense of pride in Filipino culture. Admission is free, and the event is open to all ages. While vendor spots are sold out, the much-anticipated food truck lineup will soon be announced, offering attendees a taste of authentic Filipino flavors.
