San Mateo man charged with sexually abusing teen after police allegedly caught them in parking lot

OAKLAND – A San Mateo man has been charged with sexually abusing a teen after police allegedly caught the two together after curfew in an Oakland Hills park. Jorge Andrade, 22, was charged with multiple counts alleging sexual abuse of a minor and one count of possessing child pornography. The charges stem from a Nov. 18 arrest by the East Bay Regional Parks police, who reportedly caught Adrade and the 16-year-old girl alone in a car during an alleged act of sexual abuse.
