Kentucky Man Arrested in San Mateo for Ramming Vehicle Over High Beam Use

Fleeing the scene, he evaded police from Belmont PD, thinking the officers might be impersonators.

Upon his eventual stop, Belmont PD conducted a traffic stop on the unit block of 43rd Ave. Falcone yielded and was then arrested by the SMPD. “Falcone told them he had been driving northbound on Pacific Blvd. when he saw a vehicle driving southbound with their high beams on. This upset Falcone because of the brightness and potential radiation.
