Bay Area man wanted after $1.2M found in Fresno burglaries investigation

FRESNO, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – A Bay Area man is sought after detectives recovered more than $1.2 million of stolen property amid an investigation into three burglaries in Fresno, the Fresno Police Department announced Tuesday.

Police say they conducted an investigation into three burglaries at a business near Pontiac Way and Winery Avenue from December 2024 through February 2025. Investigators found the suspects came to Fresno from Oakland and Richmond.

On Feb. 18, detectives made their way to Oakland and Richmond, where they say they served five search warrants related to the burglaries with the assistance of Richmond police, the U.S. Marshall’s Service, and the CHP Organized Retail Crimes Task Force-Golden Gate Division.

At one of the search warrant locations, investigators reported about $1.2 million of stolen property was recovered, including property taken from the Fresno business. Additionally, illegally purchased tobacco products from out of state were found and $400,000 was seized…
