( KRON ) — Newly released police body camera video shows the events leading up to officers shooting a man inside a Safeway in Morgan Hill last month.
Morgan Hill Police Department officers responded shortly after midnight on April 18 to a report of a disturbance inside the East Dunne Avenue grocery store. An employee told police that a man was walking around with a kitchen knife in one hand and a bottle of wine in the other. The first arriving officer located Shaun Hillman, 40, of Van Nuys, near the cash registers holding the 8-inch knife, body camera video shows.
