Last Tuesday, the Livermore Police were called to the scene of a vehicle burglary at a Starbucks parking lot on Vasco Road.
According to witnesses, a suspect had smashed into a car and snatched a backpack full of personal items while the vehicle’s owner was occupied inside the store.
