(KRON) – A person is dead after driving in the wrong direction and crashing into a semi-truck trailer, according to the Fremont Police Department.
At around 9:05 a.m. on Wednesday, Fremont police officers and the Fremont Fire Department responded to a collision involving an unoccupied, parked semi-truck trailer near Fremont Boulevard and Decoto Road.
Arriving officials determined the driver was deceased at the scene.
