Palo Alto police are investigating after residents interrupted a home burglary over the weekend.
The residents, a man and woman in their 20s, were awake around 9 p.m. Friday when they heard people talking in the hallway of their home on the 2300 block of Carmel Drive, according to the Palo Alto Police Department.
