The San Mateo County Coroner’s office released the names of the medications involved in an accidental overdose that killed a Redwood City man who was serving time for a street racing crash that killed two people.
Kyle Harrison, 25, died from an overdose due to the toxic effects of methadone, amitriptyline and Gabapentin, officials said Monday.
In March, Harrison was found unresponsive in a cell at the Maple Street Correctional Center in Redwood City.
