Southern California nurse indicted for $2.5M hospice fraud scheme

FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — A nurse from Santa Clara was indicted for multi-million dollar health care fraud and identity theft in Fresno and Kern counties.

A federal grand jury has indicted Jessa Zayas, a 34-year-old nurse from Santa Clarita, on charges of health care fraud and aggravated identity theft.
