Bay Area man arrested on suspicion of threatening church member

A Belmont man has been arrested on suspicion of threatening to attack a member of a Millbrae church, according to the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office.

Alexi El Kadi, 50, threatened in social media posts to attack a member of Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church on the 600 block of El Camino Real during services Sunday, the sheriff’s office said.
