(FOX40.COM) — The cost to obtain a Concealed Carry Weapon permit is on the rise in California. Nearly every sheriff’s office in the state attributes changes to CCW fees to Senate Bill 2 on their websites.
For longtime firearms instructors like Ted Lidie, the costs are getting harder to ignore.
