On October 25, 2025, San José Police responded to a multi-vehicle collision at the intersection of Foxworthy Avenue and Jarvis Avenue. The crash involved a 2018 white GMC Denali, a 2018 green Subaru Forester, and a 2012 blue Honda CRV. According to the preliminary investigation, the GMC, driven by an adult male, attempted to pass the Subaru on the right. This led to a collision that sent the GMC into oncoming traffic, where it struck the Honda head-on.
