A motorcyclist was struck and killed by a driver Monday on Highway 101 in San Jose, authorities said.
The motorcyclist was traveling south at about 8:45 p.m. when the motorcycle’s rear wheel began to fishtail back and forth, causing the bike to overturn, California Highway Patrol said. Officials said they don’t know why the motorcycle fishtailed.
