California judge frees second murder suspect without bail as DA warns ‘people’s lives’ are at risk

A California judge has released a second murder suspect without requiring a cent in bail to be posted, just weeks after freeing another accused killer.

Agustin Sandoval and Vicente Aguilera-Chavez were both charged with murder in connection with a June 8, 2017, shooting that left a 21-year-old dead and a 24-year-old injured, according to KTVU.
