Suspected DUI driver smashes into Los Gatos coffee shop

A 90-year-old man suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol crashed into a Los Gatos coffee shop on Thursday, police said.

The man, who was not immediately identified, survived the crash and was listed in stable condition, the Los Gatos-Monte Sereneo Police Department said Friday morning. It was unclear if he was arrested.
