MORGAN HILL, CA — “On October 6, 2025, at approximately 10:20 a.m., Morgan Hill Police Officers responded to a report of a commercial burglary at Pho Saigon Restaurant. The burglary occurred several hours earlier.
The investigation revealed that at approximately 1:01 a.m., an unidentified suspect shattered the restaurant’s front door and was likely waiting nearby to see if an alarm had been triggered or if police would respond. The suspect later returned to the business, forced open the cash register drawer, and stole approximately $326 before fleeing the scene. The burglary was discovered and reported to police later that morning.
On December 1, 2025, a local business owner contacted the Morgan Hill Police Department after observing a subject checking doors and windows on live surveillance video from their business.
