Yesterday, an incident at a San Mateo Chevron station resulted in the arrest of a Hayward man. San Mateo Police Department officers made what they describe as “consensual contact” with Abhishek Prasher at the address of 3rd Avenue and South Norfolk Street. A check into Prasher’s background revealed an active felony warrant, which led to his arrest.
