Charges have been filed in the aftermath of a tragic shooting that claimed the lives of three individuals at an East Oakland grocery store earlier this month. Alameda County District Attorney Ursula Jones Dickson announced the felony charges against two men, Darrell Tatmon, 40, and Angelo Lemelle Pharr, 37, for their alleged involvement in the January 3 shooting.
According to the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office, Tatmon is facing three counts of murder, alongside charges related to firearm possession and ammunition by a convicted felon. Additionally, he is looking at potential sentencing enhancements for causing multiple murders, using a gun during the crime, and being out on bail on separate felony cases at the time of the shooting.
