Adult care center operators buy buildings in San Jose Willow Glen area

SAN JOSE — The operators of a South Bay adult behavioral services center have bought three commercial buildings in the Willow Glen district of San Jose in a sign that the lively neighborhood continues to attract real estate investors.

Patrick Laurel and Aileen Laurel, acting through an affiliate, have paid $4 million to buy the buildings, which occupy adjacent sites on Lincoln Avenue in San Jose, documents filed on Feb. 3 with the Santa Clara County Recorder’s Office show.

One building is at 2061 Lincoln, and the other two are at 2075 Lincoln, according to the property files and a marketing brochure for the properties. The just-sold sites also include a surface parking lot that adjoins all three buildings…
