(KRON) — A woman who police said damaged multiple parked vehicles Monday has barricaded herself inside a residence and is refusing to comply with police commands. The San Jose Police Department responded to a report of a disturbance at 6:30 a.m. in the 40 block of Tillman Avenue.
Police said the suspect, an adult female, threatened the reporting party in addition to damaging several vehicles. SJPD officers responded and the woman went inside her residence where she remains. Officers are attempting to de-escalate the situation and take the woman into custody safety, police said.
