SAN JOSE — Dutch Bros has filed plans for another coffee shop in San Jose, this time at the site of a shuttered Burger King near The Plant shopping center.
According to a preliminary proposal at City Hall, the drive-thru coffee chain is looking to establish a presence at 2170 Monterey Rd.
“Dutch Bros will be very successful at this location,” said David Taxin, a partner with commercial real estate firm Meachan Oppenheimer, who arranged the lease at the site that Dutch Bros signed. “They have an approach that their followers just love.”…
