San Francisco, California – A prolonged stretch of hot weather is expected across the Bay Area and Central Coast this week as the National Weather Service issues a Heat Advisory from Monday morning through Friday evening.

Forecasters say temperatures will climb into the upper 80s to mid-90s across inland areas, including Santa Rosa, Concord, Livermore, and San Jose, while coastal communities such as San Francisco, Santa Cruz, and Monterey will see highs mainly in the 80s
