Voters across the San Francisco Bay Area—including Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, Sonoma, and San Francisco counties—will decide on Measure AA. If approved by two-thirds of voters, it would add a $12 annual parcel tax on each taxable property from July 1, 2017, through June 30, 2037.
