DUI checkpoint results in multiple arrests in Campbell

The Campbell Police Department held a DUI checkpoint this past weekend to stop impaired and unsafe drivers. A total of 1,220 vehicles passed through the checkpoint. Officers made 1 arrest for marijuana sales and seized about $11,000 in cash. Another 1 arrest was made for an open alcohol container, and 2 unlicensed drivers were cited. One driver also tried to evade the checkpoint.
