Four students from the Mt. Pleasant Elementary School District (MPESD) proudly represented their schools at the Santa Clara County Spelling Bee. Participants included Austin Foz, Halena Vaka, and Jayla Darden from Ida Jew Academy and Valle Vista Elementary, and Nancy Nguyen from August Boeger Middle School.
