BART and Muni have sounded the alarm for months about cutting service. Now, another voice has joined the doom-and-gloom chorus.
In a sobering, 50-page report (opens in new tab) released Monday, Caltrain painted an ominous picture should voters fail to pass a tax needed to close its $75 million budget deficit: No service past 9 p.m., no weekend trains, and the closure of at least 10 stations.
