PODS has grabbed a full-building lease for a 104,400-square-foot warehouse at 1959 Monterey Road in Central San Jose, giving the portable-storage operator a freestanding facility on a 5.34-acre site just east of downtown.

He added that the lease reflects steady demand for well-located, freestanding industrial product in San Jose.
