A California woman is facing charges after she was allegedly found to be in possession of an illegal electroshock device, along with drugs and paraphernalia, police said.
The City of Los Altos Police Department said officers conducted a traffic stop at around 9:28 p.m. on April 1 after spotting a vehicle driving without license plates.
After allegedly obtaining consent to search the vehicle, officers found suspected methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and an illegal electroshock device…
